  • Communication Content: The content of mail, messages, and social platform posts you send through our Services. This includes text, photos, and any other files you upload.
  • Information about Others: Personal details (name, inmate ID, facility) of the incarcerated individual(s) you correspond with or send funds to.

B. Information Collected Automatically

4. Inmate Communication and Monitoring

YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY REGARDING COMMUNICATION CONTENT SENT THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

All messages, photos, and social platform posts sent through GeneralPopulation.com are subject to interception, monitoring, review, recording, and disclosure by staff at the correctional facility and/or law enforcement agencies at any time.

By using our communication Services, you expressly consent to this monitoring.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
